幼兒皮膚乾癢，爸媽第一反應如果就是狂抹乳液，當心踩到地雷！中國附醫國際醫療美容醫學中心主任邱品齊提醒，皮膚乾癢成因眾多，可能是換季乾燥也可能是過敏體質，但臨床常見爸媽不管三七二十一，拚命抹乳液保濕，結果有小朋友其實是異位性皮膚炎，乳液根本沒效果，最後抓到破皮、流血就醫。
邱品齊說，乾癢成因可能來自內在和外在，除了換季、氣候改變造成的皮膚乾燥之外，也可能是過敏體質、異位性皮膚炎等，唯有找出病因，對症下藥才有用。
偏偏不少爸媽直覺認為小寶寶鬧乾癢應是單純的皮膚乾燥，從頭到尾靠一瓶乳液來解決，邱品齊強調，部分市售乳液保濕度不夠、鎖水不夠好，又或者成分對小朋友而言太複雜，各種精油、香料、色素反而更刺激幼兒稚嫩的肌膚，越抹越糟。
國內一項最新調查也顯示，有近9成的新手爸媽認為寶寶的乾癢敏感肌來自天生遺傳，難以預防也不可逆，且超過7成家長選高雄市彌陀區潤滑愛擇以增加滋潤乳液使用量的方式來舒緩，其中近6成使用的是家中成人保養產品應急，觀念未必正確。
邱品齊說，事實上，兒童異位性皮膚炎只有一半來自遺傳，另一半則受環境、接觸物質影響，過去研究就發現，在台灣，北部兒童異位性皮膚炎的狀況就比南部嚴重，而兒童異位性皮膚炎好發在1歲左右，即使好好治療，也要等到青少年時期才會慢慢改善。
調查也發現，有3分之1的家長會自行至藥局購買藥物使用，邱品齊提醒，類固醇藥膏雖然好用，但一定要在醫師指示下，用對藥量、用對時間，才能避免副作用。邱品齊說，幼兒若乾癢症狀輕微，可使用滋潤的保濕產品，如果症狀嚴重則一定要就醫，使用藥物，另避免過敏原、衣物刺激、洗澡水不要過熱且選擇低刺激性的沐浴產品。

陳副總統也指出，太空站中有中研院士丁肇中的機器在測宇宙反物質，目前這些訊息送到台灣，像中央大學就在分析看看宇宙有沒有反物質存在，這是台灣的貢獻，台灣很多精密機械產業貢獻在衛星製作或太空機器，太空電腦或太陽能板設計都有台灣產品在裡面。
此外，陳副總統說，日本首相安倍晉三推動各種政策，鼓勵女性參與政治，山崎直子是女性就業楷模，台灣近年來推動性別主流化，像國會議員女性佔了38%，內閣女性比較少佔14%，還要努力。1050919
